Terms of service
▸ I possess the right to refuse any order(s) for any reason. If I am to ever cancel a commission that is in progress, you will receive a full refund regardless of the commission’s progress.
▸ Payment for the commission is to be received upfront, unless otherwise agreed upon. I am willing to negotiate other options, such as 50/50. Payment is not to be given unless or until your commission is accepted.
▸ Artwork received from me is NOT to be used for any commercial purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon. (This includes any form of NFT/blockchain/cryptocurrency).
▸ Artwork received from me is NOT to be altered or otherwise abused in any fashion, such as removal of the watermark, input into AI generators, or other altering software. Cropping for specific use is fine, such as for avatars/pfps and things of the like.
▸ I retain all rights to my artwork, and can use it for self-promotion (use as an example, posting it to my social media, galleries, etc.) unless otherwise agreed upon.
▸ You MAY use your commissioned work for any personal use that isn't commercial. (avatars/pfps, wallpapers, upload to personal galleries, etc.)
▸ If my artwork is to be reuploaded anywhere, please credit me using my Twitter account or Toyhouse account.
▸ You MAY NOT trace over completed works or sketches or claim them as your own work.
▸ Past the sketch phase, there will be no refunds. If there is a completed sketch, you will only be partially refunded. This excludes commissions that are personally cancelled by me, which will be fully refunded.
